Compare the actual storage conditions

Ask whether the offered space is indoor, covered or uncovered, and discuss drainage, surfaces and loading arrangements. Outdoor space does not provide indoor protection from weather.

Ask your chosen location about its current access controls, lighting, surveillance, lock requirements and coverage options. Features can differ by location and unit; no security measure guarantees against loss. Confirm access hours, charges, coverage requirements and move-out terms before booking.

Prepare for storage

Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions and ask the facility about fuels, batteries, servicing and other restricted activities. Do not assume that electrical hookups, charging, water or maintenance on site are included.
